Shipping Policy

At Bubbacoon, we are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered efficiently, securely, and on time.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed within the United Arab Emirates are processed within 2 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday), excluding UAE public holidays. During peak periods such as seasonal sales or product launches, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folders, or email us at care@bubbacoon.com and we will gladly resend it.

Delivery Scope & Timeline

We currently deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. GCC shipping (including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman), and Jordan shipping will be added soon.
 
Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1–4 business days after dispatch
  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days after dispatch
  • (Coming soon) GCC countries / Jordan: 5–10 business days depending on destination

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight/size.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • UAE public holidays may affect delivery timelines. Kindly allow additional time during these periods.
