We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items purchased directly through our website within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
All return/exchange requests must be initiated by emailing care@bubbacoon.com with your order number and reason for return.
If preferred, you may request store credit instead of a refund. Once approved, a credit code will be emailed to you for use on future purchases.
At this time, returns or exchanges are not available for orders outside the UAE.
